Designed from scratch for the new cropping practices used in organic farming, and now developing in conventional farming, the innovative architecture of the ONYX row hoe and the LYNX guidance interface delivers a level of accuracy and reliability still unattended on such a farming equipment.
Top of the range last generation system, able to follow in-row crops event high-grown. The in-cab display can handle one or two cameras, depending on the option.
Two large diameter disc-wheels firmly stabilise the carriage and prevent lateral report of the translation camera-commanded moves on the tractor. Solely the row hoe translates, with increased accuracy and reactivity. There is no jerking passed on the tractor.
The PHENIX translation system is designed to provide fast and smooth side-moves, up to 25cm on the left or right side, for a total 50cm travel, with reduced friction protecting the mechanics against wear and slack.
